When's this Freeze gonna end!!

It may well be picturesque but it sure is starting grind us down , the UK just can't cope with these cold snap.

Seem to have been confined to Headquarters forever which does have some benefits as it help me catch up with some sounds and dabble with a few new mixes.

I've attached a collaboration mix done with my old friend Blood Meridian.

Hope it brightens up everyones start to 2010.

The weather's awful but........

The UK grinds to a halt because of a bit of snow and ice , why is this country so inadequate at dealing with weather?!

As we're all stuck indoors it time to put on a few classic films and crank up the tunes.Today it's John Carpenters' The Fog , classic film with an excellent soundtrack, certainly worth checking out. Carpenter is a master of both film and soundtrack.

Stay away from he remake that was made , waste of time.

Here's a little taster.

The film contains the immortal never to be forgotten line "11.55 Almost Midnight" , which I used as inspiration for a mix at the back end of 2009.
